Hotel Operations Web Application (HOWA) is used to manage hotel guest requests, which are received by Home2nite mobile applications. When guest service is requested HOWA users are alerted by web push notifications. Thanks to HOWA’s responsive design, it can also be used by any iOS and Android-based mobile device. Hotel staff can chat with hotel guests using HOWA. All texts about guest requests and the conversations can be translated to the language which is used on the computer of the mobile device.
